ISI Competition Day Instructions
- Arrive at the rink 45 minutes to 1 hour before your event. You should be wearing your competition outfit and have your hair done.
- Go to the registration desk and turn in one tape. Keep another tape close by for backup, if needed.
- Check in with the Ice Monitor. They will tell you if the competition is running ahead or behind schedule.
- Find the team coach and report in. They will have some warp up exercises for you and will have you get your skates on about 15-20 minutes before your event starts. Watch the time - team coaches are very busy with many skaters.
- You will line up when your event or name is called for your warm-up and then competition.
After the competition - Results are posted and pictures are taken about 15 minutes after your event is over.
**Don't forget to pick up your tape**
